1) How long does each therapy session take?
A. Depending on your insuance company policy each individual session can be allotted either 45 (38) minutes or 60 (53) minutes. However, each Initial Evaluation
2) Do you accept insurance?
A. Yes, we accept various insurance plans: Aetna, Medicaid, Optum, United , Cigna, and Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield.
3) How do I get set up for sessions?
To get set up for sessions:
New Client Directions
1) Go to menu bar and select Get started.
2) Choose Book Appointment from drop-drown menu
3) Choose "Online Initial Evaluation" and click on "Book Now"
4) Select New Client and click "Confirm Client Type"
5) Select Appointment Type "New Telehealth Client" and click button In-Person (with little building)
6) Click "Confirm Appointment Type"
7) Select your desired date and time on the calendar (select any date located in the blue circles)
8) Complete the Contact Information form and click "confirm appointment"
9) Complete Standard Intake Form and click continue.
10) Await an email to create an account on our portal from ICANOTES-Plus
or you can log on to https://mentalhealthchart.com/login to create one.
NOTE: In order to create account you must schedule intake appointment. If you have difficulty or require assistance due to a disablity, please contact us for assistance.
4) What do I need to get started?
A. You will need to complete a Standard Intake Form, an intake packet (found in our portal or under Client Forms), submit a copy of both sides of your insurance card (if applicable), and a copy of your photo ID through our portal. NOTE: Please do not submit any documents via email . All documents must be uploaded through the portal.
